The heat-conducting oil furnace is a "low pressure and high temperature" type of high-efficiency energy-saving heating equipment.
A higher working temperature (≤340°C) can be obtained at a lower working pressure (<0.5MPa). When the heating temperature is 300°C, the operating pressure is only one-seventh of the saturated vapor pressure of water .
Closed circuit heating, high thermal efficiency (>95%).
It can be heated stably and evenly, and can achieve precise temperature control (temperature control accuracy can be within ±1℃).
With advanced and complete control system and safety monitoring device.
The heat transfer medium of the heating system is an organic heat carrier-heat transfer oil, which is odorless, non-toxic, non- environmental, has no effect on the health of the operators, has no corrosion to the equipment, and has a long service life.
The heat-conducting oil furnace can be installed horizontally near the thermal user (using thermal equipment or thermal environment), without laying foundations.
